Randy has been partner at LaBarge Weinstein LLP since it was formed in 1997. Prior to LaBarge Weinstein, Randy was a member of the Ottawa office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon, where he practised in the Business Law Group. Randy’s practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and technology-related transactions for clients ranging from emerging and public technology companies, venture capital investors and investment banks.
Recently, Randy was named to the Best Lawyers in Canada 2023 list by Best Lawyers International® in the Corporate Law field. This marks the ninth consecutive year that he was recognized by his peers and included in the Best Lawyers listing.
