Jeremiah joined LaBarge Weinstein in 2021. He grew up in Toronto, Ontario and studied in Halifax, Nova Scotia and London, Ontario before returning to Toronto to article and practice. Prior to attending law school, Jeremiah was a member of the Toronto business community, managing the day to day operations of apartment buildings with 800 units throughout the GTA.

Jeremiah’s legal experience ranges from completing public and private mergers and share and asset acquisitions, facilitating investment vehicles, implementing strategically advantageous corporate structures, assisting clients to comply with legal regulatory requirements, and instituting legal protections where applicable or appropriate to suit his clients’ needs. Jeremiah’s  experience with financings, reorganizations, and share and asset purchase transactions, range in value from under a million dollars to over seven hundred million dollars. He has experience representing businesses which include start-ups, established public and private companies, and fortune-500 public companies.
