Moonrise Medical secures investment from the Ontario Centre of Innovation and PHC Ventures
Moonrise Medical Inc., a Canadian medical device company developing next-generation ultrasound technology for vascular assessment, has secured venture investments from the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI) through the Life Sciences Innovation Fund, along with an investment by PHC Ventures.
The funding will support the continued development and commercialization of Moonrise’s ultrasound system, which combines advanced imaging hardware with proprietary software to measure blood flow in real-time. Designed to simplify and automate the diagnosis of peripheral artery disease, the platform aims to provide a faster and more accessible alternative to traditional vascular testing.
