Three Ships Beauty Raises $2.5M USD To Fuel Its Next Stage Of Growth

Three Ships Beauty has secured $2.5 million USD in funding to enhance its team and boost marketing efforts, aiming for greater expansion in the United States. The funding round was led by Thrive Venture Fund, a venture capital fund from BDC Capital that focuses on female-founded companies in late seed, Series A, and Series B stages, with additional contributions from angel investors. This brings the Toronto-based natural skincare brand’s total funding to approximately $4.4 million USD. Notably, this is the company’s first priced round, resulting in a post-money valuation of $20 million USD.

LaBarge Weinstein LLP, with a dedicated team including Jordan Potechin and Kirsten Saikaly, is honored to have provided comprehensive legal counsel and support to Three Ships since 2019 and throughout this latest round of funding.
