LaBarge Weinstein Acts as Canadian Counsel to Cyclic Materials on Series C Financing

LaBarge Weinstein LLP acted as Canadian counsel to Cyclic Materials in connection with its recently announced US$75 million Series C financing.
The financing will support Cyclic Materials’ efforts to accelerate the development of a localized and resilient rare earths supply chain at global scale. Cyclic Materials is focused on advancing circular supply solutions for critical materials used across a range of industries, including clean energy, electric vehicles and advanced manufacturing.
