Kitchener-Waterloo-based AI-enabled recruitment platform ApplyBoard recently close a 55$ million Series B.

ApplyBoard uses AI algorithms to match students to programs in universities, colleges and high schools in both Canada and the United States. Students are matched with schools based on their qualifications, academics, financial means and the courses they wish to study. Using that information, students around the world have the opportunity to find and apply to a wide variety of universities, colleges and high schools.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Anthos Capital with a team that included James Smith and Kyle Lavender.
