Intact Financial Corporation (TSX: IFC) announced its acquisition of Jiffy Inc. which closed October 1, 2024. This acquisition will enable Jiffy to accelerate the expansion of its platform that connects homeowners with pre-vetted home service professionals to more Canadians across Canada.
