Figure 1 Raises $4 Million
Toronto-based Figure 1 Inc. has raised a $4 million Series A financing to grow its photo sharing app for health-care professionals. Union Square Ventures led the round, joined by the company’s earlier backers Version One Ventures and Rho Canada Ventures.
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Figure 1 with a team that included Michael Dunleavy, Brigitte LeBlanc-Lapointe, and Sam Gregg-Wallace.
