Enurgen closes $4.1M USD seed round to accelerate global growth of solar performance software

Enurgen has successfully closed a $4.1 million USD seed funding round to scale its operations and enhance the development of its physics based solar performance analytics platform. The round was co-led by Business Development Bank of Canada, Brightspark and Diagram, with participation from MaRS IAF.  Enurgen’s novel, physics-based approach is well-positioned to solve the model-to-field accuracy problem.  Backed by over a decade of research and development, the model delivers high-resolution, 3D solar irradiance modelling, enabling incident light calculations to scale from an individual solar cell to gigawatt-scale ($1B+) power plants.

LaBarge Weinstein LLP, with a dedicated team led by Shane McLean and Raj Oberoi, is proud to have provided comprehensive legal counsel and support to Enurgen since incorporation and throughout this latest funding round.
