Daylight Automation Inc. recently acquired Proof Data Technology Inc.

Proof Data Technology Inc. was recently acquired by Daylight Automation. Proof Data was one of Daylight’s first partners and has maintained a strong long-term relationship with the company. Both companies will be able to expand their capabilities and expertise in digital transformation through this acquisition.

Daylight Automation is a Toronto-based company that helps businesses digitize and automate their operations by simplifying how they collect and deliver data. It enables non-technical employees to design digital journeys that gather and validate the required information and deliver it in the desired format.

Proof Data Technologies is a cloud-based platform that tracks and routes paperwork digitally across departments in a secure manner. They have several clients including the Government of Canada.
