All-In-One HR Platform, Humi, recently closes $15M Series A

This cloud-based company recently closed a $15M CAD series A financing, led by Tribe Capital. The funding will be used to help Humi meet the rising customer demands, as the shift toward remote-working culture continues to grow.

Humi is Canada’s leading all-in-one HR platform that provides small to medium-sized businesses with a multitude of HR, Payroll and Benefits solutions.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Humi, with a team that consisted of Michael Sami, Heather Lovell and Natalie Grant.
