Sean joined LaBarge Weinstein as a summer student in 2017 and began articling with the firm in 2018. Sean obtained his JD/MBA degree from Osgoode Hall Law School / Schulich School of Business at York University. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Before joining LaBarge Weinstein, Sean worked for six years as an IT consultant and as a technology analyst for companies in the technology industry. While in law school, Sean volunteered as a Senior Caseworker at the Osgoode Business Clinic and served as Co-President of the Osgoode Korean Law Students’ Association.

 Sean is fluent in Korean.

Adventurous vacation. I like to be immersed in the local culture whenever I am away on a vacation.

Favourite sport to watch?

I am a big fan of NCAA March Madness. A David vs. Goliath story happens almost every day of the tournament.

What app couldn’t you live without?

Waze. Whenever I am driving, I always check the live traffic updates and congestion alerts before heading out.

iPhone or Android?

Android. My first smartphone was the HTC Hero back in 2010. I have never left the Google ecosystem since.
