Dineen has been an integral part of the firm’s tax group since joining LaBarge Weinstein in 2005. With her Chartered Professional Accountant designation and the completion of focused GST/HST courses, Dineen provides clients with extremely comprehensive legal advice when it comes to the tax implications of their business transactions. Working with a broad range of clients including large multi-national corporations, local private companies and non-profit organizations, Dineen provides guidance in the areas of both income tax and commodity tax. Dineen also assists clients during the audit, reassessment, and the objection stage of the tax dispute process.
In addition to Dineen’s tax practice, she regularly assists clients with their estate planning needs, which include drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Dineen has extensive experience assisting owner managed businesses as an accountant, a lawyer and growing up in a family of entrepreneurs.
