Corporate Finance, M&A Lawyer

LaBarge Weinstein LLP, one of Canada’s leading business law firms, is looking for a Corporate Finance, M&A Lawyer to join our busy practice.

In this position, you will work primarily on financing and merger and acquisition transactions with our venture capital backed, high growth clients. You will also have responsibility for servicing day-to-day needs of clients.

A minimum of 2 years of post-call experience in working on the type of financing an M&A transaction described above.

Although not a requirement, experience working with small-cap public companies and the associated securities law knowledge would be considered an asset.
