Lawrence is a founding partner of LaBarge Weinstein LLP. Lawrence has been very actively involved in the business and technology sector in Ottawa since the early 1980′s. His practice includes tax planning with an emphasis on corporate taxation including planning for many cross border financings and mergers and acquisitions. Lawrence concentrates his practice in taxation and estate planning as well as financings and mergers and acquisitions. Lawrence acts as secretary and board member for a number of companies in the business community, including many technology companies and a major real estate developer. Lawrence has been a seminar leader at the Bar Admission Course of the Law Society for Upper Canada as well as a presenter at seminars of the Canadian Institute and the Canadian Bar Admission Course. Lawrence is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ottawa University Heart Institute Foundation.
