Sami, Michael

After summering and articling at LaBarge Weinstein, Mike Sami joined the team as an associate in August, 2011.

Sami’s practice focuses primarily on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law. He has primarily worked with companies in the technology sector in all stages of evolution, from pre-startup stages to public companies. Sami has experience assisting in a variety of M & A transactions, private placements and tax loss deals. He also advises clients on corporate governance requirements and provides day-to-day legal assistance.

Away from the office, Sami is a sports fanatic and politics junkie.
