Chase worked as a summer student and subsequently as an articling student with LaBarge Weinstein before accepting a position as an Associate after being called to the Bar in 2011.
Chase’s practice focuses primarily on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law. He has experience working with a broad range of clients in a variety of industries, including established public companies, private companies and start-ups and has experience assisting in a variety of private M&A transactions, securities transactions, financings and private placements. He also advises clients on their corporate governance requirements and day-to-day legal needs.

- Bain Capital Ventures in a $23M venture financing by BTI Systems Inc.
- Brightwell Technologies, Inc. in its $10M sale to Cell Biosciences, Inc.
- Kik Interactive Inc. in its $8M Series A venture financing
