Mogo Finance Technology Inc. Completes $50 Million IPO

Today, Mogo Finance Technology Inc. announced it has successfully completed an initial public offering of its common shares. Mogo issued 5,000,000 common shares at a price of $10 CDN per share, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds to Mogo of $50 million. Mogo’s common shares will begin trading today on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “GO”.
