LaBarge Weinstein Hires New Associate
LaBarge Weinstein is pleased to announce that our 2014/15 articling student, Emma Wilkin, has been hired as an associate. Emma will join the Corporate, Commercial, and Securities group.
In 2013, Emma started as a summer student at LW and then returning to complete her articling, upon graduating cum laude with her Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa.
Emma is already an integral part of the firm, having work on transactions including Mogo Finance Technology’s $50 Million initial public offering, Corsa Technologies’ $16.5 Million Series B financing, and Rockstar Consortium’s $900M sale of over 4,000 patents.
Emma was called to the bar on June 22nd, 2015.
